How Sessions work

online and in person

Each session lasts 2 hours and is held online or in person. The session can be held in English or Swedish.

The process is intuitive and client-led, guided by Compassionate Inquiry principles of presence, curiosity, and safety.

Common themes:

  • Understanding interventions and their impact on your birth

  • Restoring trust in your body

  • Reframing the story of “failure” into one of resilience

  • Reclaiming personal authority and connection

You are invited to revisit your experience, not to relive it, but to understand it.

You will be supported to see clearly what your body was doing right, and how external factors may have disrupted that natural unfolding.

This helps restore self-trust, compassion, and a deeper sense of connection to your body’s innate wisdom.

Confidentiality is fully respected; what you share remains private and held with care.

After the Session:

Integration is an important part of this work.

You may wish to write, draw, or create something that honours what emerged - a new birth story, poem, or piece of art.

I encourage you to rest, move gently, drink water, and allow the insights to settle in your body and awareness.

What a Session Involves:

  • Grounding and intention setting

  • Compassionate inquiry to explore your birth

  • Gentle somatic touch with botanical oils

  • Reflection and integration

Every session unfolds uniquely. Many women find that a single session offers a new way to see their birth.

Investment: £180 (SEK 2,200)

How to prepare:

Set aside two hours where you won’t be interrupted.
This time is for you.

You may wish to bring:

  • A hot drink

  • A candle

  • A blanket

  • Tissues

Ensure you have a good internet connection if you are joining online. I will explain the process and the principles of Compassionate Inquiry so you feel grounded and informed. You can pause or stop the session at any time.

Healing begins when we listen - not to the story of what went wrong, but to the body’s quiet knowing of what it did right.

Transforming Birth Trauma is a journey toward trust, connection, and the sacred intelligence that lives within you.

Sessions take place in your home or online.

Working in familiar surroundings allows insights and associations to anchor in the visual and sensory landscape of everyday life, which supports deeper integration and continuity after the session. I can also drum over you (optional) afterwards to integrate healing and transformation. Online sessions are also very effective.

Online sessions take place via zoom, with meetings set up automatically upon booking.

In-person Sessions offered:

  • Transforming Birth Trauma — in-person (Stockholm) - 180 min

  • Transforming Birth Trauma — in-person (New Forest) - 180 min

In-person sessions take place in the client’s home. Working in familiar surroundings allows insights and associations to anchor in the visual and sensory landscape of everyday life, which supports deeper integration and continuity after the session.
